Green Foams is a brand of Dongguan Silicon Chain New Material Technology Co., Ltd., known as Silicon Chain. The company was established in 2023 in Dongkeng, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. We are a manufacturing company dedicated to new material technology, with a focus on the research, development, production and sale of high-performance foam materials.
Our portfolio includes silicone foam, rubber foam, EVA foam and PU foam, alongside the wider material families below. These materials support sealing and vibration damping, cushioning and protection, acoustic and thermal insulation, footwear and bags, and electronic accessories. Our range connects packaging, sealing, structural applications and seating. We work from the application toward the material and finished component.
Our 7,000 m² manufacturing facility and team of more than 100 people bring together technical development, production management and quality control. We provide a complete service from formulation design and mold development to sample preparation, quality control and volume delivery. Annual output value reached RMB 50 million in 2025.
We hold independent import and export rights and serve markets in Europe, the United States, Japan and South Korea. Our OEM / ODM cooperation supports overseas brands, importers, distributors, e-commerce sellers and retail channels, combining product selection and customized manufacturing within one sourcing relationship.

Built one step at a time.
From a new material technology company to a focused foam product OEM / ODM manufacturing partner.

Established in Dongkeng.
Dongguan Silicon Chain New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was registered on May 11, 2023, with initial registered capital of RMB 1 million. From the outset, we positioned the business as a modern manufacturing company focused on new material technology, manufacturing and selling rubber products and synthetic materials.

Building the manufacturing foundation.
We moved into the facility at No.32 Niushikeng Road in Dongkeng, developing a 7,000 m² production base and a professional team of more than 100 people. We established our quality control system, obtained independent import and export rights, and expanded overseas with silicone and rubber products and sealing components for Europe, the United States, Japan and South Korea.

A sharper focus on foam materials.
Responding to market needs and building on our technical experience, we focused our core business on the development, production and sale of high-performance foam materials. Silicone, rubber and plastic, EVA and PU foam became central to our portfolio. Our service connected formulation design, mold development and volume delivery, with annual output value reaching RMB 50 million.

Our manufacturing support spans material batching, foaming, molding and shaping, assembly, testing, warehousing and shipment. We work with overseas brands, importers, distributors and retail channels on product development, samples, quality control and volume delivery for electronics, automotive, packaging and logistics applications.

We will continue to deepen our work in foam materials, drawing on Dongguan’s manufacturing cluster and investing in research and development. Our direction is to improve material performance and product quality while providing customers worldwide with professional, efficient support from product selection through customized production.

A connected foam material portfolio
Silicone foam, rubber and plastic foam, EVA foam and PU foam serve different needs in sealing, vibration damping, cushioning, protective packaging, acoustic and thermal insulation, footwear, bags and electronic accessories. By connecting material selection and component supply, we support both individual product sourcing and broader foam material projects, helping customers simplify supplier coordination.
Development and manufacturing together
Formulation design, mold development and volume delivery are connected within one manufacturing route. Our facility and professional team bring together material research, production management and quality control to carry a project from development into production. We continue investing in research, material formulations and foaming processes, with a focus on the technology and application needs behind each component.
OEM production and ODM product development
Alongside OEM manufacturing, we support ODM development and product-range planning. We collaborate around your target market, product positioning, price range, style assortment and delivery requirements. This approach supports overseas brands, importers, distributors, e-commerce sellers and retail channels building product lines over time.
Quality control throughout the process
Our quality management covers incoming raw-material inspection, production process control and finished-product inspection. Standardized operating procedures and inspection criteria guide checks on physical properties, dimensional accuracy and appearance, supporting consistent product quality across production batches.
International trade and responsive coordination
With independent import and export rights and overseas sales channels including Alibaba International, we supply customers in Europe, the United States, Japan and South Korea. Our international trade experience and Dongguan’s manufacturing cluster connect us to an established supply chain. We coordinate product selection, development and delivery around customers’ requirements, providing a single route from material selection to customized production.
