Protect a product in transit
EPE sheet/roll and shaped-insert routes, EVA hardness/colour/thickness choices and EPP molded-carrier concepts address different packaging tasks. Start with whether you need an insert or a returnable handling unit.

Packaging, sealing, rigid cores and cushions require different forms. Formulation design starts with the function of the part; the exact grade and process remain project-specific.

Our service includes formulation design and mold development. Cutting, CNC, lamination and insert routes need material-specific confirmation, including any external support; they are not available across every series by default.

Sample preparation connects the proposed material and shape. Fit and appearance can be reviewed on the sample; performance and production approval need the relevant conditions and acceptance criteria.
