Former Liverpool star brutally trolling Manchester United after Christian Eriksen ‘rejected’ move to Old Trafford

The Guardian reported that Eriksen has rejected a move to United, and the Dane is said to be in favor of moving to tottenham either Brentford since the player is based in London.

Eriksen is now available in a free transfer after leaving Brentford at the end of the 21st/22 season and barely 30 years old, the feels that it has a lot to offer at the highest level.

After the news broke, former Liverpool winger Enrique wasted no time in rubbing salt into United’s wounds as he took to Twitter to troll the club.

He tweeted to his 228,800 followers: “Christian Eriksen has rejected the offer from Manchester United and prefers to stay with Brentford or join tottenham,”

“Another player refuses to move to Man United this summer… bind legooooooooo.”

This is not the first time Enrique has made headlines with his antics on social media.

He also caused controversy after claiming that United left-back Luke Shaw looked “overweight”. Enrique tweeted: “Is it just me or Luke Does Shaw look overweight?

Unsurprisingly, the United fans were not happy.

One responded: “As a footballer, knowing how mental health can affect people, why did you find it necessary to tweet this?

Another fan asked, “Is he shaming Luke Shaw?”

The Spaniard played a total of 99 games for Liverpool during a five-year stay at Anfieldwinning the League Cup in 2012 under the management of club legend Sir Kenny Dalglish.

It remains to be seen where Eriksen he will play at the beginning of the next season, but it has been reported that he will make a decision in the coming days.
